This page provides information about any gifts, benefits and hospitality valued at over $100 (excluding GST) that have been accepted by the General Manager or staff of the Fair Work Commission.

The Australian Public Service Commission Guidance on Gifts and Benefits requires that from 18 October 2019 agency heads maintain and publish a register of all gifts and benefits they accept valued at over $100 (excluding GST).
Although not a requirement of the guidance we have extended it to all Fair Work Commission staff employed under the public service act.
The Fair Work Commission General Manager has not received any gifts or benefits since 18 October 2019.
Staff of the Fair Work Commission have received the following gifts or benefits from 1 July 2020 with an estimated value above $100.
