Preferred file types
When you lodge or send us documents by email we prefer to receive:
Microsoft Word (docx)
Portable Document Format (pdf)
Rich Text Format (rtf).
You can also use the other file types listed below.
Maximum size
Content
We can only receive emails that are less than 50MB in size.
This means that the contents of your email, including any text or images, plus all the files you attach, must add up to less than 50MB in total.
