Introduction
The goal of the Compliance Practitioners Reference Group is to provide timely feedback on compliance-related issues affecting registered organisations, their members, branches and officers.
Content
This is accomplished through open collaboration between our Registered Organisations Services Branch and registered organisation representatives.
The 2023 Governance and Compliance External Review of our registered organisations functions made a range of recommendations, including that a Compliance Practitioners Reference Group should be established.
The Group, which was formed in December 2023, meets quarterly.
It is made up of subject matter experts from our Registered Organisations Services Branch and representatives from registered organisations who have been nominated by members of the Registered Organisations Advisory Committee.
