In accordance with the Senate Standing Order for Indexed Lists of Departmental and Agency Files, we are required to publish lists of files relating to policy advising functions, the development of legislation and other matters of public administration. These lists can be found on this page.
The Order requires the lists to be created and published on an agency's website every 6 months.

From 6 March 2023, the regulatory powers and functions of the former Registered Organisations
Commission (ROC) transferred to the General Manager of the Fair Work Commission (Commission).
Former staff of the ROC transferred to the Commission’s Registered Organisations Services Branch.
