Decisions issued since 1 January 2003 are available in our document search. Orders and delegates decisions issued since 1 January 2013 (and some older orders) are also available.
You can access earlier decisions and orders from AustLII's databases.
We also publish:
- decision summaries in the monthly FWC Bulletin
- documents about major cases
- significant decisions, and

We are committed to resolving matters as quickly as possible. A Commission Member will usually issue their decision within 12 weeks after the hearing. See Timeframes for decisions.
