We've worked with registered organisations to improve compliance with the annual return requirements, however, there are some common non-compliance issues we see each year we’d like to bring to your attention. Listening to this episode can help you lodge your organisation’s annual return correctly the first time.

The obligations for registered organisations remain unchanged, with the functions transferred to the Fair Work Commission as the regulator from 6 March 2023.
