The Master Builders' Association of Tasmania Inc. (MBAT) is an organisation of employers connected to the building construction and civil engineering industry.

There are 3 regions established under the organisation. Each region currently has an exemption from having to lodge a yearly financial report.
The management of the organisation is vested in the State Council, consisting of Regional Chairmen and Representatives from the 3 regions to which the members belong. The 3 regions are governed by their respective Regional Management Committee.
The organisation has its elections conducted by the AEC. Elections for offices within the organisation are conducted every 2 years.
