The management and control of the organisation is vested in the Federal Council.
The organisation does not have branches; instead it has divisions, from which Councillors are elected to the Federal Council. The Federal Council is also comprised of the Federal Executive of the organisation.
The organisation's elections are conducted by the AEC.
