The organisation is divided into a number of divisions, however it reports as a single financial reporting unit following the granting of a Consolidation Certificate.
The governance of the organisation is vested in the National Assembly.
The organisation is also made up of the National Board of Management, Division Committees and Sub-Division Committees. Its elections are conducted by the AEC.
