The Australian Services Union, Australian Workers Union, Heath Services Union and United Workers Union have applied to change the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.

The application has been made under section 160 of the Fair Work Act 2009. It seeks to vary clause 3.1 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 to change the definition of 'social and community services sector'.
