An application was made under section 158 of the Fair Work Act 2009 by Trevor Warner (AM2019/23) and Brenda McKay (AM2020/2) for the variation of clauses 3 and 4 of the Road Transport (Long Distance Operations) Award 2010.
These 2 matters were listed concurrently. Directions for AM2020/2 were vacated and the amended Directions issued below for AM2019/23 applied to both matters.
