The Fair Work Commission proposed to vary the superannuation clause in the Clerks—Private Sector Award 2010 [MA000002] pursuant to section 160(2)(a) of the Fair Work Act 2009, to remove ambiguity or uncertainty or correct error, in relation to the change in name of Professional Associations Super (PAS) to Kinetic Superannuation.
A draft determination of the proposed change to the superannuation clause was published for comment.
