The applications have been made by the Health Services Union and Health Service Union members Virginia Ellis, Mark Castieau, Sanu Ghimire and Paul Jones to vary Clause 14.1 Minimum wages – Aged Care Employee and Schedule B – Classification Definitions of the Aged Care Award 2010.
