Recently we sought feedback on a proposal to publish a new statistical report each fortnight, providing data from enterprise agreement approval applications lodged with the Fair Work Commission.
The feedback received was overwhelmingly positive and supportive of the initiative.
In response to feedback we made a number of changes, including:
- historical data to be published in a spreadsheet each fortnight
- clarifications and additional details included in the information note and reports
- additional information to be provided in the statistical reports.

The updated statistical report with data for agreement approval applications lodged from 16 to 29 July 2022 has been published today.
In the future, the reports will be published fortnightly on a Monday. The next report will be published on Monday, 26 September 2022.
