The General Manager has today accepted an enforceable undertaking (EU) under section 316C of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 (the RO Act).
The Transport Workers’ Union of Australia (TWU) entered into the undertaking as a result of non-compliance by its Victoria-Tasmania Branch (the Branch) in relation to maintaining its register of members. The undertaking and our accompanying media statement are available below:
